They should definitely be factoring if they are billing in arrears like most truckers - that would clean them up quickly.
You might not make as many up-front fees, but you'll have passive income for years to come.

There is a large faction of clients that do not like their clients contacted with a factoring situation. While I have seen the banks on this deal I have yet to see AR aging, balance sheet, last years P/L and/or Tax return etc.

The monthly sales are around 200k which would allow us to arrange an ABL LOC with Dominion of Cash- alleging their client are credit worthy and the client does not have any egregious tax issues etc.
