Ghost - No credit report

I have a file - no lender can find him to pull credit. He owns a restaurant , has a merchant account with BofA, has a bank account , doing about 750K per yr. What am i missing ?

He's not giving you his real information, that or hes from another country not a citizen.

Yes he is real , have passport and DL. yes he is a citizen.

request the social security card. There may be a misspelling or a digit off or something that he is not aware of. nPeople are stupid merchants more so then most so anything is possible

Just get his business tax returns. That will give you his social and/or get ss card from him.
