Does the merchant want to set the terms also?

By your own posting the merchant does not qualify for an ACH due to numerous NSF's. His/Her Option is a lock box to eliminate ACH Rejects.

We work with CC Splits/Lock box - changing processors is not a requirement, but, there are advantages.
