The month of June 2018 things picked up for many many Iso's and Funders.

What particular Funders made the month of June 2018 successful for you?

Most importantly what Funders/Reps helped you the most to get that offer increased or term stretched to close the deal?

Paul at Quicksilver helped us push a deal through that I was very concerned would die because of stips he made it happen.

Howie at Infinity blew 3 deals out of the water which we got done.

SOS came through as well should fund Monday though, but we will keep it in Junes numbers.

Funded at a few more places, but these guys were the spotlights for either helping us push a deal through that was a headache or just completely dominating the competition

we had a different experience Gomez. the offers were lower than other companies side by side and the renewal communication has been dismal. there is no portal or any automation to track anything ongoing. I have seen you promote them before so maybe it just works for you.

I am going to vouch for Mulligan as well, never had any issues with them, fast offers, and the guys are on point.

@fundingsmbs, I understand where you are coming from however I have received 500k offers from them fairly quickly when submitting files. You are right about the portal, I also mentioned to them the ach process taking an extra day, they are switching processors sometime this month I was told. Who are the lenders that have worked really well for you: A paper?

Mulligan's funding metrics is great, but you must know how to use this funder. Mckenzie is another that is great to use for funding as well. National as well is simply just outstanding.

Another aggressive funder, Pearl has been giving great offers and the team I work with Andrew Bendel is amazing, swift and always willing to work with Iso's to get it done.

Premier Capital Funding has been phenomenal in reverse consolidations and chunky funding offers. They beat out funding amount when competing with Everest and SOS. Sergey and Eli is just not the normal or average guys to work with. They are very flexible with there iso's.

Spot on Financial is a smooth collateral lender to deal with for larger size deals, using property.

After ysc i don't believe anyone funded more B-ZZZ paper in the super-subprime space in the month of June than MANTIS FUNDING... Keep us in mind for JULY!! we will be making offers in lightning speed and able to adjust to compete and win ---we also fund same day as your submission (if you can bring back contract SAME DAY)....

only 9 units funded with a total of 897,500. (5 from OnDeck, 2 Fundworks, 1 Quick Silver, 1 Everest)

your clients are prime vs subprime based on whose funding your clients!
