A Moment Of Clarity
An ISO that recently partnered with me called me today and said something to me that did not really hit me until we got off the phone.
We have been partnered for about a week and we funded 3 deals for him(10k,15k,140k).
He called to thank me for my professionalism. He then went on to say that what really stood out to him was I worked just as hard and responded to emails just the same regardless of the size of the file. My simply response was I treat all my files the same its like I am money blind.
Initially I was happy for the recognition. Then I thought to myself... wait this is a trait that sets me apart from the rest. I learned something new about myself!
