    Pay Off and New Funding

    Looking for a direct lender/funder refinance/pay off first position balance around 6500. Looking to net about 10K. Would like weekly payments if possible. Construction company less than one year old. Avg Deposits around 30K per month. 8 plus deposits a month. Credit Score mid 500s (around 550 credit karma score).
