Thumbs up 5 Open advances ( need solution)

Hi I have a merchant having 5 open advances paying 3,632 per day. Credit around 650 monthly deposit around 200k. Business nature is wholesale distribution.

So this merchant wants 150-200k for 24-36 months. Need your suggestions what can I do here?

Also I often receive deals having 3-5 open advances, what's the best thing I can do with those? Any Lender?

Patrick I can do a reverse consolidation for him in the 130-160 day range which will reduce his payments by 20% and if that doesn't work I will refer to you an SBA guy who does the smaller SBAs in record time.

Have you considered an asset based line of credit or factoring? If they are a wholesale distributor we could probably finance the AR and Inventory.

best you can do with these deal are reverse consolidations. Max term going to be 9 maybe 10 months. With that many open positions unless they qualify for some type of asset based loan there really isn't any other options.

depends on the term and the program. Also not putting commissions out on an open forum. Depending on the relationship people have with different banks commission structures can be different. You can piss a lot of people off if you start saying what different banks pay you

problem with factoring is that most if not all factor companies require the first position UCC if he has 5 open advances you will need 5 subordination agreements which could be difficult if not impossible

    I guess.

Can you at least tell me if they pay upfront, or do they pay as they fund account weekly like some reverse companies

Sounds like he might have enough outstanding to take everyone out. I would be happy to take a look. FYI....we have floated a few term pieces to clean up a mess for the right deal and right owner.
