    Lenders that do not file a UCC

    Hello, are there any 2nd position lenders that do not file UCCs?

    Most funders in the 2nd and 3rd position space dont file a UCC unless the merchant is defaulting.

    Im looking for something very siminlar to quarterspot and IOU. A lender that offers 1 year weekly payment deals.
