    Asset (RE, FF&E) based funding for acquisition (target in US, acquirer foreigner)

    Hi there

    I'm looking for $650k for an acquisition deal. Here are the salient points:

    1. Target company is US based. Trucking business. 28 years old.
    2. Annual revenues of $1.5 Million
    3. Profit Jan-May 2018 is $69k. $170k annual.
    4. The seller will stay on as chief executive for 2 years min. Buyer retains option to hire him for two additional years beyond that. Profit in point 4 above is after the seller drawing salary at the same rate as post-acquisition.
    5. $475k worth of RE (land, office, garage)
    6. $450k worth of equipment (trucks, trailers, inventory, tools)
    7. Buyer is a foreigner. No SSN.

    Looking for a long term loan with RE as collateral, and the rest with equipment as collateral.

    Who can fund this quickly?

    Well, If it were just Real estate we could possible assist, being that its a trucking company i assume that the Real estate is a lot to park and repair trucks, and if that is the case then we have to look into enviro issues.

    If it has a structure on it and not a delapated building, call me.

    To quickly address that point about RE, there's a 2.5 acre lot, a garage, and an office building. None of it is in bad condition, and it's all fully funcitonal.
