Not at all, I edited the message to name IFundItAll who is offering to issue fake payoff letters on our behalf.
Karen, I'm sorry that you misunderstood the situation with your merchant when they called in for a zero balance letter, at the time merhant was informed that there would be a 150 fee to terminate the UCC (which was listed on the contract they signed). I even went back to clairfy and double check, and nothing wrong was done here.

Honestly no issues with you at all Karen, just wanted to clairfy that we are upfront about the UCC termination cost in the fee page of the contract, and never charge for a payoff or zero balance letter. I see every email that comes in and out of this company, and while we can charge to terminate UCC we do not charge for anything else, you should be familiar with this from BFS.
