We did not charge for the payoff letter, the payoff letter in question stated merchant owed $150 to terminate the UCC, which the merchant did not agree with.

We have not ever charged for a payoff letter, our fee page states that there is a UCC termination fee and the merchant has to initial that page. Very common for lenders to charge a UCC termination fee.

On average the number stays between $80K - $95K; although, there were moments when I could never get past $15K for six consecutive months.

^ it is true though, funders hate getting apps with no conversions or apps shotgunned to them. it wastes an incredible amount of time and money to manage deals that will never fund.
