marcus, do you accept Limo transportation, someone said that is higher risk than normal transport, not sure if that's true or not... or how that makes sense ? limo is luxury you would think that they would be paid on time right

i have a dismissed chp 13 that everyone has declined. I will send it over, and make a large wager you guys will not approve it.

Dismissed is very different from discharged.
Discharged means that the debt is being dealt with or is dealt with already. Debtors cannot legally come after the client.
Dismissed means that the creditors can still come after the merchant. There's still plenty of debt there - this is the equivalent of throwing money into an open pit and hoping it floats to the top.
