They are both. Syndicate and have great relationships with some underwriters that I don't which do some crazy stuff. So if I have to give up couple pts to fund my deal which I would not have been able to fund elsewhere I have no problems with that. They are completely transparent with everything and as I mentioned have done some very creative financing for some of my submissions in order to get them funded that I would not have been able to do.

For all the ISO's out there that scream about only working with direct funders this is why you are losing out on getting deals done. I have relationships like this on both sides people who send me deals that use my relationships to get deals done and people I send deals to to use their relationships. Obviously you want most of the deals you do to be direct with banks but having the ability to lean on someone else when you need help getting a deal done is invaluable.

Also this was not me looking to get calls from 100 people looking for deals Im good just making a point
