UFS is for high risk deals less than 120 days. Looking for banks that offer up to 180 days, thanks anyways.

One of our specialties as a direct lender is high risk merchants 2-3+ positions, a few neg days ok, and we pay commissions quickly.

Thanks everyone. I am sick of all these reps/underwriters that are all just puppets at the end of the day. Godforbid someone can call any shots on their own without having to get permission from 7 different people.
That being said there is no bank that is as open minded and flexible as LG Funding.

LoanMe can work with multiple positions, based on affordability. We only offer monthly payments. For example last month we funded an auto repair facility a 6th position $60k, as they had extremely high average daily balances even after the daily/weekly payment deductions. We can also fund in as soon as 4 hours.

does anyone know if the broker assumes any liability in cases like these? I noticed they named not just the funder, but, the brokers as well in this suit filed in 2017. May need to read the indemnification clauses carefully
