Buy out second position
Hello,
I have a restaurant doing around 130-150,000 per month.
Merchant has a closed business bankruptcy as of August 2017. Merchants bank statements still reflect the bankruptcy however.
He has two deals.
Forward Financing which he owes: 36,000
Advantage which he owes: 79,000
He is looking to buy out and net a few dollars on a second.
No 3rd position, and no 4 month 1.49's

InAdvance, Fundkite - In my experience they are good at buying out 2nds and 3rds - However I do not know their Bankruptcy Policy

Thanks bro. Tried Fundkite. They declined because the bank statements have his bankruptcy case number listed.
