    Arcarius is Very Competitive.

    Quick Question.....

If an ISO Submits a deal and they have an Approval.... are they locked in with exclusivity? Or if another ISO Submits the same deal do they get the same offer? AND it is first to get contracts back?

We offer 7 day exclusivity and then the same offer will get passed to the competing ISO.

These guys offer some of the worst service in the industry. Think about that prior to signing up.

Constructive negative feedback is always welcomed. Can you please expand on some of the bad service you received. I am assuming it has been quite some time since you have worked with us. Over the last several months several internal changes have been made and it reflects throughout the company.

    This is BULL ****!

Don't publicly write this when I can upload emails proving otherwise.

You guys are good and aggressive but occasionally full of ****!

I have only been here for a short period of time and this policy has been enforced since i have been here. I have checked with some one of the VP's and they said this has been our policy for a long time. I do not know what emails you have. However, am interested to discuss this with you to see if there are rotten apples aboard or if it was a miscommunication on end or another.

In order to provide service, a business needs to respond to emails and phone messages. You guys do neither.

I had a merchant who needed a balance. It took 3 weeks to get an answer. Why so long? Well, your employees told me that you do not do your accounting on site, that a third party does that off site and that is how long it takes.
Three weeks, i am not kidding.

Then when we received the statement, it was completely off.

No one could offer an explanation as to why this was off. I got passed around to numerous people, none of which had any idea what was going on.

All told, the entire process took 6 weeks to rectify.

I have all the emails and correspondence.

It really does not matter, because i would never send a deal to a company that can not simply pick up the phone and return a message. Nor answer an email. How long does it take to respond to an email.

In addition, no one over there even cared.

What i love about the companies i do business with, SFS, ODC, Evergreen, they at least present themselves as giving a ****.

For anyone that runs a business out there, i would post a sign as they enter their office. The sign should simply read, "Answer your emails and phone messages with in one hour or receipt. Not responding is not an option." This seems to be a lost art.

    End of rant.

The best is: What does he want the balance for? Do they need more money? Send me in the bank statement.

it never even got to that, literally, they would not return my calls. 3 weeks.

You want to do business with someone like that go ahead. I thought they had gone out of business.

If this situation did happen, then yes I can completely understand your view point. I do not know who your relationship manager was, but if it was not Jesse then that person is no longer with the company. I know it was not me and we are the only relationship managers. I respond to all emails and phone calls in a timely manner as Jesse does the same.

As I mentioned changes have been made internally to address some of the issues you mention. For example, we do outsource the majority of our accounting. However, now we are able to provide balances onsite within minutes through our in house collections specialist. The balance may be off by a couple of days depending on when the ACH batches were last reported. Even then we can tell you your balance is accurate as of such and such date and you can do the math from there.

I 100% agree with you that the art of clear communication has been severely diluted especially with the younger generation. I happen to prefer phone communication, but all forms are important. I know the damage has been done, but hopefully this can show changes have been made to correct certain issues. One day... maybe one day your wounds will heal and we can work together again.

By the way, thank you for your response. The manner in which you handled it was very professional as things on this forum can sometimes get a little outlandish.

Lets just be honest any lender being contacted for a balance is going to inquire about if they need additional money. Now, the answer to that question should have no effect on how soon you cab get your balance.
