500K Purchase order
Hello Df community!
I have a client that manufactures auto parts and has a 500K purchase order from the air force.
His business just started 6 months ago so they're may be some challenges.

Bob,
If he has a little more than 100K outstanding we might be able to help. The idea is to finance the current AR to turn cash faster to get working on the new purchase orders...... You may want to consider factoring the current AR and see if that gets them over the hump with the new orders. PO financing can be expensive and the finance company will likely want them to factor them out of their deal once goods are shipped. Keep in mind...most PO finance companies will only advance the cost of the goods in the order not the entire order...Kevin Henry

Thanks. Many don't know because we don't market the product that much..... We provide line to other factoring companies. The one I am think of for this deal has their line with us and the CEO is a good friend. His capital is my capital. For us the smaller deals don't make sense.

Yes, this may be a great fit for us: Call Steve Safirstein ssafirstein@breakoutfinance.com
Could be a fantastic fit for our FactorAdvantage program that requires no minimum TIB or no minimum FICO, but requires purchase orders and/or invoices. We DO NOT FACTOR -- a term loan, weekly or monthly pay. You are looking at effectively 1% to 2% per month in monthly term loan interest.Carl Fairbank
