I am looking for reputable hard money lenders. I have a merchant in NC that is building a 2nd business and needs a bridge hard money loan until his SBA loan hits (est. July 1st) He will use the property as collateral. 700 FICO zero debt in existing business and also does real estate construction on the side, so he is familiar with what he is doing.
