Who does advances for attorneys against settled case awards and NOT deposits?
Medical issues took out my borrower last year. No income for 2016 or 2017.
She lived off savings and has no new deposits. Just expenses.
She has settled about $275K worth of cases in 2018 and wants an advance against those.
