They need $15M for for feed, fertilizer, fuel, labor, chemicals, etc.

The crop is worth $25M - $30M guaranteed return by the USDA for approximately $22M-24M with no liens and is assignable.

The land is worth $100M and they owe only $22M on it.

We need a quick close, and would take part in an advance. Direct Lenders ONLY.

Do they have any AR outstanding? Perhaps we could provide an asset based line of credit.

We do not have time to do a PO deal. They have no A/R. But they do have contracts with a public company to buy the crop. That would take longer than a week to fund, and they are pressed for time.
