Who will fund a foreign owner?
I have a client who is a foreign national on an ESTA visa, in the process of securing L2 visa.
The business has a US EIN, but no SSN for the owner. Business does almost $2MM a year in revenue. Strong bank statements.
Client needs to fund ASAP.
Any takers?
