assume everyone does at this point whether they want to talk about it or not. also assume they offer more products or services now or will in the future that may compete with your own product or service. all companies evolve and will eventually add more product line to add revenue growth

another one I would add- assume everyone does. we have seen so many funders work with other funders in this space to add revenue on their declines or out of the box deals. the industry is heavily engaged on the backend. everyone wants to monetize. question is, will you be paid for the conversions if it ships out.

I run the funding floor with my team, So I am the only person the deal goes through, I manage retention, funding and iso relations while managing the floor.

never redistribute declines, even though I get like 15 calls a day asking for them. - Our isos trust us, never had an issue.
