Attorney with $275K structured settlement looking for $65K
Who buys attorney structured settlements these days?
Or do you have another offer?Pay Per Lead service. No long-term contract. No monthly retainer. Pay only for the leads you need.

Is the attorney looking for funds to fund a lawsuit, have a PERSONAL structured settlement, or is this is this a personal "loan"/advance to the ultimate plaintiff? If the latter, what is the industry? JG may do this, but depending on answer above (and industry) you should likely go to the pre-legal guys like Oasis or Preferred Funding. If it's truly a structured settlement, JG is your best bet. There is also Stone Street, Seneca, and ten other shops that were all incubated in the "original" structured settlement platform, Singer Asset (depending on how you look at it, they were the equivalent of CAN Capital or the "Second Source" of the MCA industry).

It depends on what type of structured settlement. some have provisions in them, some have to be approved by a judge.
Is it in the form of an annuity? There is a secondary annuity market, and factoring companies that can handle these.
Its been awhile since I sold an annuity

The settlement is her fee for a case won for her client. She doesn't want to wait to collect.
