Is the attorney looking for funds to fund a lawsuit, have a PERSONAL structured settlement, or is this is this a personal "loan"/advance to the ultimate plaintiff? If the latter, what is the industry? JG may do this, but depending on answer above (and industry) you should likely go to the pre-legal guys like Oasis or Preferred Funding. If it's truly a structured settlement, JG is your best bet. It depends on what type of structured settlement. some have provisions in them, some have to be approved by a judge.

Is it in the form of an annuity? There is a secondary annuity market, and factoring companies that can handle these.
