    1st position lender not Requesting a COJ for small deal

    Hello DF I have a small Tela-communications deal in Wisconsin. The company does repair work orders for AT&T, Dish network.

    I have a 12K 1st position 123 days from lendini but they are asking for a PG and COJ. Which the Merchant does not want to sign.

    Jan 17K
    Feb12K
    March 14K
    April 28K

    He keeps an average of 7K Balance and revenues should be trending up for the next couple months as he is entering into his busy season.

    We just did a deal for similar $$ and no COJ a couple weeks ago. I'd be happy to take a look at it if you like.

    1st Positions are Not hard with no COJ

    But is it just the coj? or the guarantee as well?

    Whenever a merchant does not want to sign these, there is a reason why - and it usually is not a good one
