Hard Money Loan For Property in Mexico
We have an existing client with properties at Yellowstone Club and in Silo Ridge and is currently looking to purchase a Villa at El Dorado Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
He is looking to put down approximately 30%, property is priced at $3.5 million.

Alex - Never mind. Cannot fund a SFR in Mexico. I could fund the purchase of the entire resort, but not just one unit.

They are individual Villas. I'll keep you in mind for future deals though.
