Scenario:

Touch Of Modern will launch a flash sale on their site for the above 2 products starting May 16 for 4-5 days.

At the end of the flash sale they will issue a PO to us for the accumulated orders from their members.

Touch of Modern has offered to pick up the cargo FOB China. We need to cover ocean freight only from China to CA.

Touch of Modern’s warehouse is in the Bay Area (Union City, CA)

Terms of Payment with client are Net 30 days upon pick up of goods.

Terms of Payment with factory are COD upon goods ready for pick up.
