Mca "refi"
This is just a shot in the dark but is there any lender out there that will in essence "refi" a current MCA balance without taking additional capital to a term loan? People with good credit and pay history just want to get out from the daily payment structure. Any feedback would help

Hi Jeff,
I do what you are asking regularly IF the client has real estate to leverage. Single digit rates.
Feel free to reach out.

I'm working a deal now that we offered $450,000 over 7 years to take over $455,000 payments of $100k/mo in MCA debt, amortized at 7.5%, would be paying $6900 monthly. This won't need real estate, but need something that can be used as collateral! In this deal, the offer was based on his inventory.

Good Morning Jeff..
Most of the files that our Consulting Practice works on revolve around diminishing existing debt service with longer term solutions. Dan offers to leverage Real Estate and Micah mentions a possible inventory refinance as well. Since each file is unique it is important to understand the balance sheet and in many instances personal assets of the guarantors- as well.
Often it isn't necessary to refinance Real Estate for a Global Solution- when 85% of the remaining equity on a property with a first mortgage can be levered. Perhaps there is M and E (machinery and equipment).
Knowing what to do with these types of files- swiftly- is the key to closing them and helping the clients. Feel free to touch base to discuss the nuances of the file you posted about.
Best,
RG
