Oh Dave. C'mon man. Not that you'll see this deal type pitched a lot around here, but jeez.

IP stands for: "'Not Dave' Property".

Yes Intellectual Property.. There are many lenders that will leverage IP if the revenue is 'sticky'- by that they mean recurring. Think maintenance contracts billed in advance. Since the AR cannot be leveraged (again, billed in advance) and the client likely does not have any other meaningful collateral on the balance sheet. They do however make money, and have opportunity to make more- if they find the right debt in order to expand.

We work with several of these lenders- many of whom do not need to be senior secured, or even require a personal guarantee. The cost of capital will depend on the industry type, clients, existing paid in capital on the balance sheet etc.

Feel free to touch base to discuss further..

Oh, Dave, lactate over that misspelling.

But Please tell us if you know the difference between “active” and “inactive”.

Once again, Dave, please refrain from soliciting business until you can finally afford to get your company in good standing.

Sorry Dave, if you are going to advertise your business services here, you should prove that you have an actual business. For all your lectures of following rules, you seem to have issues getting your act together. Pay your bills.

How about you disclose all of info, your company name, your real name, phone number, real email address, etc.

BTW, since I'm one of the few people on this forum that actually disclose whom they are, many others may want to follow suite.

Dave, I DONT SOLICIT BUSINESS HERE. You do. See the difference?

And as long as you solicit business on here, you should ensure that you have an actual functioning business. Considering your obsession of making sure everyone follows the rules when soliciting business, yet your own company isn’t even active. Get your **** together.
