Credit isn't very good but no issues with the bank account. Deposits about 30k per month and I have over a years worth of bank statements to prove income. He doesn't have a lease as he works directly out of the hospital. However, this clearly isn't home based either. Client is looking for at least 30k if possible and would accept more. Biggest problem has been lack of deposits. However, the volume and history is definitely there.

I have seen Mulligan accept lower number of deposits... they are a good first position funder, paying 12 on 10 month terms at 1.38. Minimal fees.
