I will offer my assistance to you here, because it seems you having issue with brokers complaints.

Rent checks - arent unheard of but usually only required by on bigger deals or 1st and 2nd position.
Color DL - You forgot you require the back also, I dont know any other funder who requires a color copy.
Business License - Required by half the funders these days.
Reply all - It is not normal that on every deal you need to respond to 10 people.

I think all in all, what gets brokers upset about you is you preach crap on here but that doesn't happen when working with your company.

Hold on... Business is a Taxi Service. Marcus claims Cresthill has 3 restricted industries, none of which is Taxi. Deal gets rejected by Cresthill for being a restricted industry.

your incorrect ...i went into the underwriting department and all at once said we don't restrict TAXI services. FYI just put limo and taxi into our portfolio data base and the results came back with "hundreds" of funded deals. with actually low defaults on that sector.
