Well, so far every micro deals I fund through you guys like 3-10K, you guys require 8 freaking stips.

Why is this a freaking stip list ? we also offer RENEWAL-LOCK.

I will offer my assistance to you here, because it seems you having issue with brokers complaints.

Rent checks - arent unheard of but usually only required by on bigger deals or 1st and 2nd position.
Color DL - You forgot you require the back also, I dont know any other funder who requires a color copy.
Business License - Required by half the funders these days.
Reply all - It is not normal that on every deal you need to respond to 10 people.

I think all in all, what gets brokers upset about you is you preach crap on here but that doesn't happen when working with your company.
