Hard Money Deal
Tough deal, need to know if anyone is interested in the real estate side. Needs funds to get his business going.
Pros:
$325k equity in his home
Cons:
No business income - $5k for the year
Credit isn't good - 550 score
Let me know if you think you can help. Merchant is in TX.

Don't waste your time on the real estate. With TX laws no hard money lender funds owner occupied residential properties
