** Is it currently owned ny the city?
**does the buyer have other RE ?
**down payment?
** what is his exit plan?
Keep in mind, if its industrial they might need ph1 and 2 enviromental and that could get expensive, phase one looks back 15 years to see if there is any indicator that something might have been there that would cause enviro issues.Jerry Starr
