They fill a niche. I would say that for me personally I would do a lot more business with them if the turn around time from submission to approval were quicker. 5 days is probably a bit of a stretch but in reality it can be in the 48-72 hour range especially if it is over a Friday. Other than that they do a better job than a lot of their competition when it comes to offer size and process flow for declines (or non-submissions really) from the A shops.
