Big time contractor has $4,000,000 worth of heavy duty equipment owns outright. Looking to use as collateral to get funding or lease buy-back type of program? I used to use Utica but that never turned out too well any other ones have programs like they do?

What type of contractor is he? General or Sub?

Banks with Asset based lending divisions will likely be the best source- assuming the client is cash flowing and can demonstrate the ability to term payments out. You didn't mention whether or not there was a Senior Lender in place.
