ISO: JTT Jim "The Tyrant" Strikes again - Accel Cap strikes back harder
In an article released this week on Debanked Long Island ISO shop previously known for defrauding a notary stamp on a coj and being legally pursued by Fundkite, struck again when they deceptively used Accel Capital's logo and brand in their marketing efforts to close on a deal.
Seems like Jim "The Tyrant" really lives up to his name - and I'm sure this won't be the last we hear of him if he wasn't deterred by the first $1mm+ lawsuit.
Although imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, it seems like some guys/shops really have no limit to the depth they will go to steal business. I applaud Accel Cap and their sales floor manager Sal Ottomanelli for not hesitating to bring forth legal action against JTT - and continuing to build their brand and reach.Anthony Diamond
