A factor would make it an advance, not a term loan. So no.

Good Morning..
A 1.10 factor rate for 12 months is 18% on an APR conversion- for clarity sake. So yes, there are lenders that will do this. Fundation has a program that I believe caps out at 150k- with streamlined approval and closings- with rates in the range you broached

Hi, sorry for the mistake. I was looking for lender who does 10-12% simple interest rate.
