I have fired brokers on my team1099, for less than this.

How on earth someone lets these people white label is beyond me. Do you not have compliance procedures in place?

I can promise you that the big ballers in financial services pick up the phone to cold call. That's how the stock brokerage firms...venture capital /investments get their clients.

If you learn how to master the phone sale you master your destiny. It isn't that hard to pick up the phone and get files in...you have to be trained by the right people.
