Currently using MS Dynamics as CRM or more precisely trying to make it happen. It's a slow go as we need to have our consultant slowly evolve the project. I am curious if this is the best way to go about a CRM solution as we still are lacking some of the basic functionality that would include integrated dialing (a biggie), mass email blasts to existing clients and an intuitive design that does not require the re-entering of data as customer works his/her way to a potential funding. Are there any out there using MS Dynamics? Are there any using competing products that they would strongly recommend? Let me know. Thanks.
