MCA for Residential Loan Servicing (Mortgage / Finance)
Not surprisingly, given the industry, I am having a hard time finding anyone who will approve this for more than 20K @ 1.4x over 80
Can anyone recommend a direct lender who will offer a MCA closer to 50K on this deal?
Merchant services residential loans and owns all of part of each loan serviced. Merchant is not a mortgage broker or a mortgage originator.
No available real estate or other collateral
+600 FICO
No negative days or NSFs
60K monthly revenue with 12K avg daily balance
25 years in business
