Point of Post was some Used Auto Dealers are structured different.
This Merchant Uses Cash Advances as opposed to Floor Plan, Paying Cash for cars they get a 15k car for 7k, Increasing Profit to Justify Cash Advance cost. 5 year term doesn't really interest the merchant. They flip cars as fast as they take and repay the cash advances. It works.
