    $150,000 for business expansion

    510 FICO with @ $15,000 in charge offs

    Landscaping business
    S corp
    $350K in annual revenue
    Only averaging about 5 deposits a month
    less than 5 NSF's a month
    no other loans
    Does have home worth $650K which has a $8500 mortgage balance

    Looking to pay off credit card debt, buy equipment, and advertise with the funds

    Mantis ALL DAY (and night as we keep latest hours in MCA) 510 credit is good here and 5 deposits seems perfect!

    Landscaping we also love (maybe trucking and construction a little more!)...

    The low annual sales amount will preclude your client from 150k in the MCA arena, however if the client has decent credit and is not being too aggressive with losses on tax returns, I can help.

    510 credit. The cash is to pay off charge offs and expand the work force.

    2 years ago he maxed out his credit cards to buy everything he needed to get started. He missed payments while trying to land accounts. He's doing $350K a year now and wants to get caught up on his past due accounts and expand.
