LoanMe works with all "For-Profit" businesses. Minimum ownership percentage is just 25% for the person applying for our unsecured loans. Frequency of deposits (often an issue in construction) is not an issue for us as long as minimum number of deposits per month is (1). We focus on affordability of our minimum monthly payments vs. simply deposits/income. For example we funded a construction company (Avg. $4k in deposits) last month a $44k loan on a 120 month term. We lend up to $100k in all LoanMe states and up to $250k in CA.
