    Morning Jon,

Kevin can absolutely assist you and your clients on larger Factoring, and Asset Based Lines of Credit. More importantly: when you align with a reputable partner like Kevin- it validates you to your clients.

If you're interested in forging partnerships- not just knowing the names of lenders- we can likely work well together. Over the past 2 months, we have closed these deals with members of this Forum:

A 900k 10 year loan at 2 over prime- which needed a 350k Bridge- (Broker earned twice)

A $1,500,000 loan to purchase another business- which also needed $150k bridge as a down payment

    A $2,000, 000 Construction Trade true LOC..

300k 10 year business acquisition loan- and the client immediately needed a 130k 16 month advance afterwards for cash flow

350k 10 year loan for a Used Auto Dealership

500k 5 year loan for an Insurance Brokerage which consolidated 2 advances

Feel free to touch base to discuss files..

    Best,

    Richard 516 510 3855

Are you looking for a more traditional type of financing or do you want to know who does the largest size MCA's. IF you are looking for more traditional types of financing or factoring the Kevin and Richard are the guys on here who can help you. If you need large MCA's there are a few companies that can get to a million or higher. Rapid and Everest are both companies I have received Million dollar or better offers from. All depends on the client and what type of financing they need and what they will qualify for. When dealing with deals this size making sure you have the right product for the client is the most import thing

A few years ago 500k-750k was considered a huge MCA now I am seeing Million dollar deals get done more regularly. It has definitely changed over time but I would still say anything over 500k is considered a big MCA. If you are looking at other financing products 500k is the minimum funding, so trying to compare the 2 is pointless

I would be willing to place a large wager that Pearl has never done a deal like this. Lets be real they are not going to compete with OnDeck/IOU rate wise and they are going to stop around $300k.

Where are the players in the market place paying brokers 4-8 points and offering decent pricing on large deals? Everest is NOT reliable. Pearl will not let a deal go out below a 1.37, let alone a 1.22!!!!

I have to disagree I have done a lot of big deals with Everest. If the file is strong they will offer good terms and they turn it around quick. Rapid Advance is another company people dont mention but big deals dont scare them at all. They will go up to 1 million

You sound so ignorant, it's cute. I've funded deals over $300k with pearl at lower factors than a 1.37 and I'm sure there are numerous people on this forum who can attest the same thing. You clearly haven't seen the recent changes at pearl in the last 2.5+ years and I invite you to reach out so you could get involved.

I routinely get pearl offers within 4-6 hrs of submission. It is very seldom when they take a full business day, at least in my experience.

  22. #22
Hey Big Deal- do you work at Pearl? You sound like one of their JR reps who cold calls brokers begging for business all day. So quick on the trigger to put others down won't get you anywhere longterm bud! 1.22 at PEARL 12 Months LOL!!!!! Joker.

River Advance does up to $350k on high risk deals. Although rates and terms are subjective to each deal in general 1.45-1.49 4-8mths.

Rapid kills everything in credit committee, for large deals I would say sign up with Credit Cash they do 1million+ deals, Strategic may go that high if they like it and your rep is good, Kalmata goes up to 750K but has to be clean, BFS goes 500-1m if they really like it but you will have to secure your merchant heavy from taking their phone calls and them taking your deals from all the madness going on over there recently, Everest closed several 500k deals for us here, YSC as well but obviously their terms and pricing will not be in your merchants favor, TVT can go up to 1mill or more if they really like the deal......on average a merchant that can qualify for that type of MCA is usually better off going with some type of Trade Finance program (factoring, ABL Line etc etc)
