    Who doesn’t call landlords/mortgage statements for 20k?

    Merchant behind on mortgage- that’s the use of funds. What direct funder would look at this and won’t ask for mortgage statement

    We can look at it on credit card split. We would need to 3rd party the funds to bring it current.

    I’ve seen funders require a portion of the funds be used to make current. But 12 months seems tough.

    Mantis funding will NEVER call a landlord..we may ask for 2 months cancelled rent checks from merchant.

    So if he can't afford a 1600 monthly payment what makes him think he can afford a 350-400 daily payment? Default waiting to happen.

    He can get you 2 months cancelled rent checks from 2016 will that suffice?

    By not contacting the landlord, aren’t you throwing away a good tool to prevent multiple same-day fundings?

    FYI in most cases a landlord will say the best things about a tenant just to make sure they are well oiled to make rent payments.
