Contractor with $650k revenue seeks $150k working capital
My client is a contractor $650k 2017 revenue 700+fico. Rate sensitive. Not likely to do MCA type stuff. Thinking a line of credit may help. Looking for options. Any ideas?

General contractor or Sub-contractor?
If it's a GC, and doing B2B work, then factoring is the best LOC you can ask for.
If it's a SC, that's more delicate.
I also have a way to help you monetize the banks with full-doc options. How do you know the FICO is 700+? Merchants are constantly over-estimating themselves. You gotta get the credit reports. www.freecreditscore.com is your first stop to get the Experian report.
Email me, I can make you a few introductions.

For a line you could try bluevine, you won't get 150K but they might be able to do something. Doubtful his balance sheet is strong enough to really do anything fun with but you never know until you look. You could always go the SBA route if credit really is clean and the financials are half decent.

www.creditchecktotal.com is the best $1 trial one, but to cancel now takes a 2 hour wait on the phone.
Alternatively, if they don't mind paying, then www.myfico.com is excellent.

I agree with Dave that CCT is the best - but creditchecktotal changed their cancellation policy recently. Literally a 2 hour WAIT on the phone and going through their "do you like our service? Why don't you want to continue," etc. roll-playing game to cancel. I know where they're coming from, but I just can't in good faith tell people, it's "just a phone call" to cancel anymore.

bluevine you will be lucky if merchant get $20k offer. Breakout is good if you can manage approval with them.
Or else they will have to factor to get real $$

Bluevine will give decent approvals on higher quality deals. I've seen $40k offers and 2 $35k offers. ONe started at $20k then went to $35k about 6 weeks later.
