Hi EBS,

I fund both residential (rentals) and commercial properties. This includes SFR, multi-family residential, apartment buildings, office, warehouse, light industrial, strip centers, etc.

Most of my loans are 30 year terms, with the rate fixed for the first three years.

Min loan $100k, $5MM max. Minimal documentation.

I can fund much larger deals as well (over $50MM in the queue right now) on a full-doc basis.

1.) Property Address
2.) Estimated Property Value
3.) Total amount of mortgages/liens on the property
4.) Total amount of cash the client is seeking
5.) What their credit looks like

The apartments should be fairly easy to get an offer for is everything is owned outright and 400K+, might want to pass on the vacant land though unless there is some serious value
