Large Festival that does about 150k every November this is the 5th year coming up.

Looking for 65k for promotion marketing etc.

I have Tax Returns, and Banks for event but stagnant until November on the biz front.

Pay Stubs showing 5,000 net monthly, willing to use a mix of biz and personal as far as guaranty

No collateral - Festival is in Large US city.

Try referring them to one of the personal finance companies like a Lending Club, a google search will come up with a bunch, usually around $150 for the referral if they close. Not sure you'll that much though, probably closer to $35K.
