Merchant is expanding space. Construction cost over run. Has no cash flow since May
I have a merchant who is expanding his restaurant and has taken over the adjacent rental space. Prior to mid-May he did 35 to 40 K per month in sales. He has encountered cost overruns with the renovation and requires 20 to 30K. To make matters worst he has not conducted business since mid-May so to allow for the renovation. Any ideas?
